About Studio Baristas — Specialty Coffee in East London

Studio Baristas is an independent coffee shop tucked into a converted container space on Cody Road in East London. We opened to serve the creatives, freelancers and local workers of E16 with the kind of cup you'd expect from a tucked-away spot in Shoreditch — without the queue.

We pull our espresso from Union hand-roasted beans on a Conti machine, steam plant-based and dairy options with care, and finish lattes the way they should be — warm, balanced, and never bitter. Our toasties are pressed on sourdough, our pastries are baked daily, and our smoothies and cold-pressed juices are made fresh.

More than a coffee.

Studio Baristas is built around the bar — proper baristas, dialled-in espresso, and hot-pressed toasties made to order. Inside, plants line the ceiling, the wallpaper is jungle-green, and the lights have stories. Out back, a quiet spot for when the sun's out.

Whether you're grabbing a flat white on your walk to work or settling in with a chai and a chocolate croissant, you'll be looked after.
